LOTUS PETAL LIMBS.

Lotus petal limbs
Penetrate rich ochre skies.
Roots take their journey south,
As light beckons with laughter
From the northern sun.

Blessed beauty of imperfections,
Embracing wilted corollas,
That once protected her seed--
She dances her silhouette
Implicitly on your horizon.

Senses teased by languid, lust filled pores--
The pear shaped shadow becomes light.
Graceful curves of precision
Converge between hidden lips,
Willing her wings to open--
To fly.
